06 / A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

A clear start.
No guesswork.

Practical answers before
you open the workspace.

business consultation
Every good connection starts
with a conversation.
How can other people join my CRM?

An administrator can open Settings → Team → Add team member, enter the colleague’s name and email, set an initial password of at least 12 characters, and choose a role.

Share the sign-in details securely. Your colleague then signs in at crm.caqa.com/app. This flow creates the account; it does not send an email invitation.

Do colleagues need a private setup code?

No. Once your workspace has its first administrator, colleagues use the accounts that an administrator creates for them. The private setup code is only for the initial workspace activation.

Can I connect my email account?

Yes. Sending and inbox synchronisation require a configured email connection. You can prepare drafts before connecting an account. Automation email actions create drafts for review.

How are reports and insights produced?

Reports and Insights are calculated from your saved CRM records. They cover sales, pipeline, leads, contacts, forecast, team activity, health and compliance assessments. A language-model assistant is not currently connected.

How do documents and compliance features work?

Upload files, retain document versions and link evidence to your own requirement assessments. Statuses reflect your team’s assessment; they do not certify regulatory compliance.

How is workspace access managed?

Administrators manage team accounts and configuration. Managers work with operational records, while viewers have read access. The workspace also supports an audit trail, archived-record recovery and full backups.
